“What does being curious mean to you? I think curiosity is the purpose of life (art). My work evolves but I am always drawn back to where I started with my fascination for nature. First photographs taken in English woods opened my eyes for further explorations. The explorations uncovered lands, in every form of plant. A sense of curiosity and willingness to be patient, allowing the subject matter to reveal itself. I began taking an intimate look at nature, observing without judgement. The time slowed down and the moment was extended. I was becoming invisible to this fast world, building a memory of what I’ve seen, of what had chosen me. This project is a dialogue between me and the nature.”
